How to pay
You can order and pay online by credit/debit card using Paypal – the No.1 Secure Internet Transaction Site.
You can also pay by post with a U K £ cheque. By completing the printable order form at the checkout and sending it along with your payment to Tom Phelps 5 Tydraw Terrace, Tynewydd, Treorchy, Mid Glamorgan CF42 5DF. If you are unable to print the form, simply copy all the necessary information – please remember to include your address. Cheques should be made out to T PHELPS
Delivery
We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days of receipt of payment – often sooner. If you are paying by cheque, your order will be dispatched as soon as your cheque payment clears.
Returning Goods
If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods, please telephone us, or you may return the items within 7 days of receipt as long as they are in their original condition. Any returned items should be sent by registered post, as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
